3.1

MySportTimes allows coaches to set their prices individually, so that users can find a coach that suits their budget.

3.2

Coaches can choose to price sessions at a fixed rate or use a surge pricing model so that sessions cost different amounts based on their peak/off peak schedules. This means that for some coaches, the cost of a session will vary at different times of the day or week. MySportTimes will ensure that a session price is clear throughout the booking process so that users know what they are paying.

3.3

Use of surge pricing means that the cost of sessions may vary from previously booked sessions.

3.4

All sessions booked through MySportTimes will be processed using Stripe and users of this platform will be bound by third party terms and conditions during that transaction.

3.5

Users are strictly prohibited from arranging sports coaching services privately with coaches found through this platform. All coaching sessions must be booked and processed exclusively through our website. Any attempt to arrange private sessions or make cash payments outside of the platform is a violation of our terms and conditions. Violators may face account suspension or termination of services. Our platform is designed to ensure transparency, safety, and a secure transaction environment for all users.

3.6

Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment for the sports coaching services booked through the platform. Sessions will only be booked at the point that payment is complete. Failure to complete the payment process will result in the session booking not being confirmed.

4.1

Users must adhere to the specified cancellation policy outlined during the booking process. This policy details the acceptable notice period for cancellations and any associated fees

4.2

Users acknowledge that they do not have any statutory right to cancel a booking made for a coaching service through the platform, unless the booking is cancelled within the 10 minute ‘Grace period’ which covers the 10 minutes after a booking is made and confirmed through the platform.

4.3

If users cancel a booking via our platform at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the agreed session start time, they are eligible for a full refund. If users cancel a booking between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours prior to the agreed session start time, they are entitled to a 50% refund. If users cancel a session within twenty-four (24) hours of the agreed start time, users are not entitled to a refund. A ‘refund’ refers to the agreed session price cost and does not include administrative charges or third party charges incurred through this transaction.

4.4

If a session does not proceed as agreed because the user has failed to provide accurate information to the coach, the session will not be refunded to the user, nor will third party processing costs.

4.5

Refund processing Where a refund is paid to the user, it may take up to 7 days for the transaction to be completed.

4.6

Exceptional circumstances Where there are exceptional circumstances which occur, preventing either the coach or the user from accessing or attending the agreed session, MySportTimes will act as an intermediary to decide the most appropriate outcome. Cancellation fees may in our absolute discretion be waived where users have been unable to cancel a booking without incurring the cancellation fee for genuine reasons which were outside of the user’s control. The decision of MySportTimes will be final and binding and cannot be appealed. Users and coaches agree to this when they use this service.

It is crucial for users to review and understand the cancellation and refund policy before booking a coaching session. The outlined process ensures transparency and fairness in handling cancellations while considering the needs of both the users and coaches.

Our coach selection process is designed to connect users with qualified and experienced sports coaches that meet the users needs at any level.

5.2

Coaches create comprehensive profiles highlighting their location, expertise, qualifications, price per session and coaching styles.

5.3

Users input their preferences, such as the type of sport, location, coaching level, and scheduling preferences. Our advanced matching algorithm analyses coach profiles and user preferences to provide personalised coach recommendations.

5.4

Users have the flexibility to review coach profiles and select the one that best aligns with their preferences and goals.

5.5

A secure communication channel is provided for users to discuss specific requirements, session details, and any other relevant information with their chosen coach.

5.6

Users can access transparent ratings and reviews from previous clients, aiding in the decision-making process.

5.7

We actively seek feedback from users to enhance our coach selection process and ensure the highest quality coaching experience. Our goal is to facilitate a seamless and personalised coach selection experience, empowering users to find the perfect match for their individual needs and aspirations.

While we strive to provide a wide selection of experienced coaches on our platform, we would like to clarify that coach availability is subject to change. The availability of coaches may be influenced by factors such as scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or unexpected events. As a result, the availability of a specific coach cannot be guaranteed at all times. Users are encouraged to explore multiple coaches and consider alternative options based on their preferences and scheduling requirements. In the event that a preferred coach is unavailable, our platform is designed to offer flexibility, allowing users to choose from other qualified coaches who may align with their needs.
